I have loved Trace since I first heard him, but it was nothing, compared to how I feel after seeing this concert.........WOW!!!!!! wub.gif Wendover is what would be called a "small room" venue, so it allows for the extra personal touches that might not be possible in other concerts. There's not a bad seat in the house, so I'm sure everyone had the experience of a lifetime.

Not only did Trace look fantastic, but his personality shown thru like you wouldn't believe. His lighthearted banter with the audience helped make this the wonderful experience that it was. At one point the audience got to him so much that he had to alter his lineup and change the order in which he did a couple of the songs. It was great! I can't speak for everyone, but for those in our area it made us feel like the whole thing was a lot more personal. He did all of his hit songs and had the audience going wild.

This man is a one of a kind.....tall, sexy, soft spoken, and a true family man......they had to have broken the mold after making him. His wife is one lucky lady.

If you have a chance to attend any concert of his, don't pass up the chance, especially if you can luck out and get in on one of the "small room" shows.......I know I won't!

My mom lives in NV and I live in UT. This is the 2nd year we have met in Wendover to attend the Trace Adkins concert together. It has been great and well worth it. Hope we can make this a yearly event for us since we don't get much time together. We both enjoyed the concert 100% and are already looking forward to the next one.

Trace your the best

It was one incredible night. My 5th wedding anniversary and my hubby took me to meet Trace. I was able to score a meet and greet and was excited to thank him for all the hard work he's done getting the food labeling act passed and working with FAAN. My daughter has food allergies, and although they haven't been severe yet, having a baby whose ezcema is so bad her skin bleeds and her body cramp from intestinal issues feels pretty severe. We're also told the next banana she eats could be the one that puts her over the edge. It's scary. It felt nice to say thank you to him. She's a special little girl.

As for the concert, it was incredible. My husband and I had a blast, just like last year. The seats were great! I just wish more people would get up and DANCE so I wouldn't feel guilty about standing too. ROFL!

I have to agree with everyone the concert was great in Wendover. I really like the small concert they feel more like home then anything. When the crowd got to Trace it was because someone asked him if he would like some WheatGrass juice and things got a little carried away (the bad side of things) and we would all laughing. I am surprise to see that Trace has been sold out the last 2 years that he has came to Wendover, but I also surprise to see alot of older people there. I was sitting next to man that was in his late 70's and he was funny. I know if Trace comes next year to Wendover I will be getting seats on the side of the stage. I am also surprise of how many people were taking pictures, the rules are no pictures. Well I have to say I got some but they were on my cell phone and they are crappy. Out of 31 pictures I could only get 10 that looked good.
But Trace I hope you are able to come back to Wendover NV next year. I was also wondering if you had a chance to play golf again in Wendover? Rhonda, I am glad you are able to share Trace with us. My best of luck and prayers are with Trace, Rhonda and the girls.
I will always see Trace every year I can......God Bless everyone..... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I wanted to ask him about golfing too. I sure hope he comes back next year. If not, I'll have to find a concert somewhere else. Then it will be 5 concerts in 4 states...

Yes indeedie it was a fabulous show. Trace had us laughing and in stitches the whole time.

Like I said in another post, the guy behind me was peeved I was dancing. Ug, why are those sticks always by me. They should stay outside in their mud pile if that's what they want to do (like a stick in the mud....). When I hear Trace singin' I just gotta dance!

Goats Girl...I remember you! You guys were up dancing too. I was in the row behind you and further left in the white blouse. You all were having a ball!!!

We all kept waiting for boob girl in the front to pop out of her shirt. I think the guys in the band were too.. .HA!

My only problem is it was over too quickly. I could have gone another 2 hours.....wheat grass or not! HA!!!

Trace you can keep your eyes open or closed while you sing. It really doesn't matter to me.

Can't wait until the next concert!!!!

This is one of the best concerts I have been to out in Wendover, and I have been to many. Bex, I don't know what to tell you about the guy behind you getting mad for dancing. This is the first concert in Wendover's concert hall, that I haven't been asked to sit down...what is it with these people? This is a concert for pete's sake!!! Let loose and enjoy yourself! Anyway, we stood for most of this concert! It was awesome! thanks Trace. I will see you again... biggrin.gif

We had a new boob job 'girl' behind us a Trace show in Vegas. She kept knock my hubby's Stetson hat off with those darn things when she would move around. We saw her in the bar, alone, later and ya know what they say 'the girls all get pretty near closing time..........'. laugh.gif
I know why they say that now!! She wasn't a beauty queen with the lights on.
Bex
Boob girl was pretty, but older than what I thought. I was right behind them walking out and I heard her say "I pointed to YOU when they sang ladies love country boys..." so I think they were having a ittle spat.

A few weeks ago I was in a business meeting with ADP. They were giving us a presentation of their software. The main sales person was a gal in a brown suit with a green lace-edged tank top and I swear to you her nip was so close to popping out. I couldn't pay attention to what she was saying because all I was watching was to see if it would pop. My boss and the president of the company both made comments to me that she was dressed so inaporpriately and it made them very uncomfortable. I couldn't decide if she was selling her boobs or the software! UG!

rolleyes.gif THIS WAS THE MOST FANTASTIC CONCERT THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO and I've been to a few, the CONCERT HALL is a superb hall the seating the sound and the video is excellent. We were seated in the back and could hear everything-next year I"LL be on the front row WISH he would come to Kansas CIty however than they would make him play at the NEW SPRINT CENTER and that place sucks. I LOVED ARLINGTON and most of all the respect of everyone there when he sang this song. THe video shows him singing with his eyes closed SOME of the time when he r-e-a-l-l-y is getting into his music, but thats ok he is still 1 hunk of a man
